Transformational Energy Work

Twenty years ago, I was attuned to the profound healing energy of Reiki. It was a download and opening to the subtler energies available to all of us. Since then I have trained in breathwork at Kripalu, become a registered yoga teacher, worked with the subtle energies of La-Ho Chi, and received my masters in Acupuncture. Additionally, my own personal healing and spiritual work has prepared me to better serve my clients, students and patients. I am thrilled to combine my passions of yoga, breath, meditation, and energy work to help you fully embrace and become the radiant being that you were born to be. These 1 hour private sessions are tailored uniquely to each client meeting YOU exactly where you are with full acceptance and embrace of your authentic being. Most sessions are a blending of the healing aspects of acupuncture and energy work.
