Sedona Desert Sanctuary Retreat
Sedona calls to the hearts of many. Have you felt the pull towards this sacred desert landscape? The red rocks, the resilient desert life, and the liminal quality of this place offer potent medicine: a remembering of what is ancient within us, and within her.
Within a small circle of like-hearted individuals, we will slow down and reclaim the art of deep listening and aligning with sacred rhythms. Rhythms of your soul, rhythms of the landscape, and sensing the wisdom wanting to emerge from both.
This retreat is a specially curated week for those who are ready for a true deep dive: into the inner landscape, and into a sacred relationship with Sedona. With an intentionally small group, we will move with great intention and care, weaving together yoga, breathwork, deep reflection, therapeutic nature practices, and ceremony. This is a retreat designed to help you feel deeply grounded… and from that groundedness, open into something wider: trust, surrender, and sacred union.
A Sanctuary Week in the Red Rocks
We will journey into the more intimate corners of this sacred region, away from the busy paths, into places where the land feels vast, ancient, and full of vitality. Our days will include guided experiences in canyons and on mesas, trails that invite presence, and space to simply be with what is calling and unfolding.
The rhythm of the week is intentionally spacious. There will be structure, guidance, and deep tending, alongside generous time for rest, integration, and personal reflection. This retreat is designed to support a direct experience: of the sacred, of the body as a guide, and of the inner wisdom that becomes accessible when life quiets down.
In many ways, our days will be a celebration of life:
You will be held by a small circle of people and the wider circle of this landscape. And you will be supported in listening to the subtle whispers that have been waiting beneath the surface.
The Heart of the Work
This retreat is an invitation into a deeper kind of grounding. Not the kind that keeps you gripping for certainty, but the kind that creates inner steadiness. From there, something begins to soften. A deeper trust becomes possible.
Sedona has a way of teaching this type of grounding. From sacred ground, a doorway into spaciousness opens, what we might call groundlessness. Not as destabilization, but as freedom. As a sacred union.
Honoring the Land
We gather with reverence. We honor the First Peoples who have cared for these lands since time beyond memory. We practice respect, humility, and reciprocity. We remember that this place is alive, and that being here is a privilege.
