Acupuncture for Whole-Body Balance
Gentle, thoughtful acupuncture that supports your nervous system, eases pain, and helps you feel more at home in your body.
A Thoughtful, Personalized Approach
My work is rooted in Chinese Medicine and shaped by years of listening—truly listening—to what the body needs. I believe healing begins when we slow down enough to hear what’s being asked of us, both physically and emotionally. Each session is unhurried and intentionally designed, creating space for your system to settle and respond.
I draw from classical Chinese Medicine, Five Element and Japanese acupuncture, along with modern myofascial and trigger point techniques. These modalities allow me to work gently yet effectively, meeting you where you are and supporting your body in restoring balance over time. Treatment is never one-size-fits-all; it evolves with you and your unique constitution.
Acupuncture is both an ancient science and an energetic art, working with the body’s meridians and nervous system to support regulation, resilience, and deeper healing. My role is to walk alongside you with presence and care, supporting your body’s natural capacity for balance and vitality.
