Nourish your Soul with the Beauty of Greece: Yoga and Nature
Escape to the pristine, tranquil beauty of Amorgos, Greece—an island steeped in history, myth, and breathtaking natural landscapes. Our adventure will include visits to ancient sacred sites, immersion in the beauty and vitality of the land, and yoga practices—all offering deep nourishment, healing, and rejuvenation for the body, mind, and soul.
Amorgos, with its rugged cliffs, crystal-clear waters, hidden coves, ancient ruins, and peaceful olive groves, is the perfect sanctuary for inner reflection and rejuvenation. On this journey, we support you in connecting with the healing medicine of this landscape where Hippocrates declared, “Nature Heals.”
Living in community on a small island, untouched by the modern world, supports a lightness of being rarely experienced in the hurriedness of daily life. Together, we will savor the Mediterranean food, the brilliant blue water, sacred sites, the joy of being in community, the restoration of flow to the body and mind through yoga, an awakening of presence and embodiment through profoundly connecting with Nature, and the vibrational medicine of the land.
Join us on this extraordinary journey to nourish your soul and awaken your inner peace, surrounded by the beauty and sacred energy of Greece.

Amorgos Island & Getting There
Amorgos Island is a hidden, unspoiled gem in the Cyclades. It is known for its powerful energy field, ideal for yoga and meditation practices. Initially inhabited by seafarers from Asia Minor in the 4th Century BC, the island is now a cradle for people who crave relaxation and adventure in a place untouched by time.
Aegialis Hotel & Spa is located up the hill with a panoramic and picturesque view of the Aegiali bay. The hotel is approximately a 10- to 15-minute walk from the town, where you will find shops, tavernas, coffee bars, supermarkets, and the town’s main beach. Additionally, the beach of Levrossos is a 10 to 15-minute walk in the opposite direction.
Arrival and departure transfers in Amorgos are included.
Our adventure together begins on Amorgos Island; however, we will support you with information on getting to the island from Athens Greece. Amorgos is accessible by ferry and has two ports: Aegiali (1km from the Aegialis Hotel) and Katapola (22km away). These ports connect to Athens and other major islands.
The closest airports are in Naxos and Santorini. Together with Mykonos and Paros, these islands offer high-speed ferry services to Amorgos, with travel times varying from 1 to 4 hours.
Athens has ferry connections to Amorgos throughout the year. To explore the available ferry options, visit www.openseas.gr and check the connections from/to both ports of Amorgos.

I'm traveling solo. Is that ok?
Yes, that is wonderful! You will have the chance to make new friends and build community. Usually, 30-40% of our retreat participants do not know anyone so you will be in great company. We can match you with another retreat participant for lodging.
I've let my yoga practice fall by the wayside. Will this be a problem?
We have you! You don’t need to worry about your yoga skills. All the yoga taught will offer you many options to do what is best for you.
What if I'm an introvert?
Throughout the retreat, you will have time to be yourself. Each day includes some free time. We believe in a good balance of being and doing.
Will I need to bring my yoga mat?
The resort provides natural cork mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps, and eye pillows.
