Payment & Cancellation Policy


Due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Acupuncture is a covered medical expense under most Flex Plans, and it is a covered expense for Health Spending Accounts (HSA’s).

We do not directly file with the insurance companies. It is always best to check with your health insurance company first in order to determine whether or not you have eligibility and coverage for our services. We can provide you with a “superbill” with the correct CPT codes that can be submitted to your insurance company.

We ask that you kindly give 24 hours notice in advance of an appointment if it necessary to cancel or reschedule.

All appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hours advance notice or missed without notice will be charged a 50% missed appointment fee. Thank you for your understanding.
