Acupuncture is an incredible way for your body’s nervous system to reset, rebalance and harmonize so that you can experience a fuller more vibrant life with less pain. Yoga in the fullest sense (the postures, breath, and meditation) can help us deeply connect to ourselves and those around us.
I have been a healer, in some capacity, my entire life and I am forever grateful for the ancient art & science of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture for giving me a vehicle to serve my own and other’s healing. I am also indebted for the equally ancient and profound practices of yoga. I use both as vehicles for transformation, healing, peace and balance for my own life and for the lives of my patients and students.
